Reunion Weekend – 4-6 August 2023

Planning is underway for Reunion Weekend 2023! The weekend coincides with a home rugby fixture against Shore School. It was wonderful to see hundreds of former students (and many partners) return to TAS in 2022 for what was the first full Reunion Weekend for some years.

What was very clear from so many of the hundreds who attended, was how much they valued the chance to get together face to face, and to grab such opportunities in this busy world, with enthusiasm!

Those who left TAS in a year ending in ‘3’ or ‘8’ are likely to be having a decade or half-decade reunions. More The weekend will officially kick off with OA v School Hockey on the Friday night at Sport UNE, followed by welcome drinks in the Hoskins Centre.

At TAS and downtown, reunions will be held for various groups from five-year leavers to those who left in 1963.
The Union Dinner in Memorial Hall will be the venue for 30-year leavers and above, with all attending bound to be entertained by a panel format of guest speakers, including Angus Grigg, an investigative reporter with ABC TV’s 4 Corners (’93), and acclaimed actor and singer Peter Cousens (’73).

The new venue will offer a more relaxed atmosphere, with diners enjoying each others company round tables and after-dinner music. A cash bar will be in operation. (Bookings will be essential.)
